This role will focus primarily on coordinating, facilitating, and reinforcing onboarding activities that help new hires build product knowledge, field readiness, customer engagement skills, and compliant execution. The Manager will work closely with Sales Training leadership, field leaders, and cross-functional partners to deliver approved training content, manage training logistics, track completion, and ensure a consistent, high-quality onboarding experience for new hires.</p> <p><em> </em><em>This role is based at Axsome’s HQ in New York City with an on-site requirement of at least three days per week.
