We provide our team with a flexible work-life balance in addition to the traditional benefits.</p> <p><strong>Job Title: Senior Consultant - QA </strong></p> <p><strong>Work Location/Travel: Bangalore/Remote</strong></p> <p><strong>Experience: 8+ Years</strong></p> <p><strong>Job Summary:</strong></p> <p><strong>Duties/Responsibilities:</strong></p> <ul> <li>Develop comprehensive test plans, test cases, and test scripts, ensuring thorough coverage of requirements and business processes.</li> <li>Oversee the execution of tests, manage test environments, and ensure adherence to test procedures.</li> <li>Manage defect reporting, tracking, and resolution, working with development teams to fix identified issues.</li> <li>Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including development, business analysts, and project managers, to ensure alignment and successful testing.</li> <li>Manage stakeholder expectations, communicate test status and findings, and address any issues or concerns.</li> <li>Proven ability to lead and manage teams, delegate tasks effectively, and motivate team members.</li> <li>Own and drive defect management and QA progress reporting throughout the testing lifecycle, ensuring timely identification, prioritisation, assignment, resolution, and closure of defects.</li> <li>Develop and maintain QA dashboards and KPI frameworks to provide clear visibility into overall testing progress and application quality.</li> <li>Track and present daily/weekly QA metrics, including test cases planned, ready, executed, passed, failed, blocked, and pending, along with overall execution and pass percentages.</li> <li>Provide defect analytics by module, severity/priority, status, age, and business impact, identifying trends and areas requiring immediate attention.</li> </ul> <p><strong>Competency:</strong></p> <p><strong>(Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities)</strong></p> <ul> <li>Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with diverse stakeholders.</li> <li>Deep understanding of Oracle Fusion Cloud products, Oracle Field Services, and architecture.</li> <li>Conduct integration testing between B2B, OFS, CPQ and upstream/downstream systems like CRM and ERP</li> <li>Automation - Selenium (Java)/Playwright, Postman, SoapUI, TOSCA - test case analysis, execution, and reporting</li> </ul> <p><strong> </strong><strong>Position Type and expected hours of work: </strong>Full Time/Permanent and 40 hours per week</p> <p><strong> </strong><strong>Other Duties:</strong></p> <p>This job description is not intended to be a comprehensive listing of all activities, duties, or responsibilities required.
