At Jetson, we're on a mission to get every home off gas — and Dallas is one of the best places in the country to make that happen. As one of our first boots on the ground in Texas, you won't just be running wire: you'll be helping us build the playbook. You'll work alongside a tight-knit install team to remove gas furnaces, bring in electric heat pump systems, and collaborate directly with our engineering team to sharpen our process and push our product forward. If you're the kind of electrician who takes pride in clean work, loves solving problems in the field, and wants to be part of something bigger than a service call — this is your seat at the table.</span></p> <h4 style="line-height: 1.5;"><span style="font-size: 10pt; font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif;"><strong data-lexical-text="true">What You'll Do:</strong></span></h4> <ul class="prte-list-19eh6kv" data-pattern="discCircleSquare" data-depth="1"> <li style="font-size: 10pt; font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif;" value="1"><span style="font-size: 10pt; font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif;" data-lexical-text="true">Install all electrical infrastructure required to support heat pump systems — done right, on every job</span></li> <li style="font-size: 10pt; font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif;" value="2"><span style="font-size: 10pt; font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif;" data-lexical-text="true">Perform load calculations and design code-compliant solutions that actually work in the real world</span></li> <li style="font-size: 10pt; font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif;" value="3"><span style="font-size: 10pt; font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif;" data-lexical-text="true">Upgrade main electrical panels as needed, including smart panels, splitters, and sub-panel configurations</span></li> <li style="font-size: 10pt; font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif;" value="4"><span style="font-size: 10pt; font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif;" data-lexical-text="true">Pull permits and own the inspection process end-to-end across GA jurisdictions</span></li> <li style="font-size: 10pt; font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif;" value="5"><span style="font-size: 10pt; font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif;" data-lexical-text="true">Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and electrical diagrams</span></li> <li style="font-size: 10pt; font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif;" value="6"><span style="font-size: 10pt; font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif;" data-lexical-text="true">Troubleshoot electrical issues on-site and perform necessary repairs with speed and precision</span></li> <li style="font-size: 10pt; font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif;" value="7"><span style="font-size: 10pt; font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif;" data-lexical-text="true">Coordinate with HVAC install crews and collaborate across trade lines to keep jobs moving efficiently</span></li> <li style="font-size: 10pt; font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif;" value="8"><span style="font-size: 10pt; font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif;" data-lexical-text="true">Perform preventive maintenance on electrical systems and flag issues before they become problems</span></li> <li style="font-size: 10pt; font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif;" value="9"><span style="font-size: 10pt; font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif;" data-lexical-text="true">Test electrical systems
