You’ll mix hands-on data and systems analysis with project coordination. That means learning how endpoint tools and services are used today, then helping the team standardize, automate and modernize them. You’ll contribute across several workstreams: standardizing remote access and browsers, automating patching, moving users from personal devices to managed devices, and automating processes with UiPath. Day to day, you’ll gather and analyze data, document current and future-state processes, track progress, and keep stakeholders aligned as priorities shift. This is a generalist role for someone curious, collaborative and quick to learn, and deep technical expertise isn’t required. It’s a hybrid role in Seattle, with 2–3 days a week in the office.</p> </div> <p><span data-ccp-props="{"201341983":0,"335559739":160,"335559740":278}"><strong>KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:</strong> </span></p> <div class="ewa-rteLine"> <div class="ewa-rteLine">• Analyze remote access portal usage (users, services, apps, servers, networks) and help define a path to standardized remote access.</div> <div class="ewa-rteLine">• Support browser standardization – inventory usage, assess user/app dependencies, plan retirement of non-standard browsers.</div> <div class="ewa-rteLine">• Support patch automation – document current patching, identify manual steps, define automation requirements.</div> <div class="ewa-rteLine">• Support BYOD → managed device transition – impact and user-population analysis, readiness tracking, communications.</div> <div class="ewa-rteLine">• Partner with the UiPath automation team to identify, document and prioritize automation candidates.</div> <div class="ewa-rteLine">• Project coordinator for operational work – plans, tasks, risks, dependencies, status updates and meetings.</div> <div class="ewa-rteLine">• Deep-dive data analysis – gather, clean and interpret inventory, ITSM and reporting data to support decisions.</div> <div class="ewa-rteLine">• Document current/future-state processes, business requirements and user stories.</div> <div class="ewa-rteLine">• Create end-user and Helpdesk content (e.g., SharePoint KB articles) to drive adoption.</div> <div class="ewa-rteLine">• Support stakeholder engagement, change management and cross-functional communication.</div> <div class="ewa-rteLine">• Track and report key metrics and progress across workstreams.</div> </div> <p><strong><span data-ccp-props="{"201341983":0,"335559739":160,"335559740":278}">ABOUT YOU:</span></strong></p> <p><strong>Your values:</strong></p> <ul> <li> <ul> <li><strong>Integrity: </strong>You believe in doing the right thing, even when it's uncomfortable, seemingly inefficient, or costly.</li> <li><strong>Purposefulness: </strong>You have a desire to serve others with your skillset and an openness to continuous learning and growth.</li> <li><strong>Ownership: </strong>You stick to your commitments, follow up with action, and seek clarity in communication & expectations.</li> </ul> </li> </ul> <p><strong>YOUR EXPERIENCE:</strong></p> <h3 data-start="2366" data-end="2394">Required Qualifications</h3> <div class="ewa-rteLine"> <div class="ewa-rteLine"> <div class="ewa-rteLine">• 2–4 years as a BSA, BA, Project Coordinator, or similar in an IT/technology environment.</div> <div class="ewa-rteLine">• Strong analytical skills; able to spot trends and draw conclusions from data.</div> <div class="ewa-rteLine">• Curiosity and ability to learn unfamiliar technologies and how people use them.</div> <div class="ewa-rteLine">• Process, requirements and workflow documentation (process maps, Visio, user stories).</div> <div class="ewa-rteLine">• Coordinating tasks, timelines and stakeholders across multiple workstreams.</div> <div class="ewa-rteLine">• Excellent written/verbal communication; translates between technical and non-technical audiences.</div> <div class="ewa-rteLine">• High energy, collaborative, comfortable with shifting priorities.</div> <div class="ewa-rteLine">• Familiar wit
