About the Role Own a European territory and lead end-to-end sales for a B2B software business serving traditional industries. You will build new pipeline, close mid-market customers, and grow accounts in a market with significant opportunity for digitization. What You'll Do • Build and qualify pipeline through cold outreach, direct prospecting, trade shows, and industry events. • Manage the full sales cycle, from initial contact through senior-level negotiations and deal close. • Win mid-market accounts with 100 to 2,000 employees, with typical deal sizes of €25,000 to €40,000. • Develop customer relationships after the initial sale and identify opportunities to retain, upsell, and cross-sell. • Partner with business development, marketing, customer success, and product teams to advance opportunities. What We're Looking For • At least 2 years of experience as an Account Executive in complex B2B SaaS, with a strong record of closing deals. • Experience independently building pipeline through cold outreach and selling into traditional European industries such as manufacturing, logistics, construction, or trade. • Experience closing deals in the €15,000 to €20,000 range and a track record of mid-market sales performance. • Familiarity with MEDDPICC or a comparable sales methodology. • Fluency in spoken and written German and English. • A bachelor's degree or equivalent, and comfort working in a fast-paced startup environment. • Willingness to travel for customer meetings, trade shows, and industry events. Compensation & Benefits OTE is €120,000 to €160,000, with uncapped upside. Visa sponsorship is not available. Location On-site in Munich, Bavaria, Germany.
