A typical day might include reviewing automation runs and addressing failures, documenting test cases to cover a new product or feature and creating new automated test cases. As a member of a scrum team, your collaboration and contribution to the team will be critical to our success.</p> <p><strong>The Gig:</strong></p> <ul data-pm-slice="3 3 []"> <li> <p>Responsible for the design, creation and maintenance of UI and API test scripts.</p> </li> <li> <p>Document new and maintain existing Test Cases using Xray Test Management.</p> </li> <li> <p>Develop new and maintain existing Cucumber Test Scripts to sustain >80% automated test coverage.</p> </li> <li> <p>Extend test coverage by documenting and automating test cases from production bugs.</p> </li> <li> <p>Analyze Runlists to identify long running steps or processes that can be tuned and optimized.</p> </li> <li> <p>Contribute to Test Case design and Test Planning discussions to maximize quality thinking and test coverage.</p> </li> <li> <p>Participate as a member of a Scrum Team, holding yourself and your team mates accountable to commitments and daily progress.</p> </li> <li> <p>Work through technical challenges with appropriate level of urgency.</p> </li> <li> <p>Collaborate with team mates to stay aligned on sprint goals and maintain steady flow of work (keep your goals clear and yourself unblocked).</p> </li> <li> <p>Work with Software Engineers across scrum teams to maintain consistent Test Engineering practices.</p> </li> <li> <p>Apply software design principals to create maintainable and solid UI test scripts.</p> </li> <li> <p>Peer review Cucumber Scripts and provide feedback for improvement.</p> </li> <li> <p>Estimate work and maintain predictable throughput toward sprint goals.</p> </li> <li> <p>Practice continuous improvement by identifying opportunities to improve our test coverage and automation framework.</p> </li> <li> <p>Integrate test automation with and maintain CICD across environments.</p> </li> <li> <p>Define data, rules and testing requirements.</p> </li> <li> <p>Create, setup and maintain test data.</p> </li> <li> <p>Set up and modify test company for automation.</p> </li> <li> <p>Elevate other team members by sharing your expertise and providing mentorship.</p> </li> <li> <p>Evangelize quality and test automation.</p> </li> <li> <p>Perform manual testing as needed</p> </li> <li> <p>Collaborate with Product and Developers to clarify product and system requirements ensuring the best possible test strategy.</p> </li> <li> <p>Evaluate failing tests to determine root cause.</p> </li> <li> <p>Perform other duties as assigned.</p> </li> <li> <p>Comply with all policies and standards.</p> </li> </ul> <p><strong>What you need to make the cut:</strong></p> <ul data-pm-slice="3 3 []"> <li> <p>Bachelors Degree in Computer Science or equivalent practical experience.</p> </li> <li> <p>3+ years experience Automating Tests for a SaaS product.</p> </li> <li> <p>Basic understanding of Software as a Service.</p> </li> <li> <p>Experience applying testing and quality practices such as Test Case documentation, Test Plans, Acceptance Testing, Regression Testing, Test Coverage, Defect Detection.</p> </li> <li> <p>Proficient at scripting tests using Cucumber (Gherkin).</p> </li> <li> <p>Comfortable working with testing tools such as Xray, HP Quality center, TestRail, Eclipse IDE, Gitlab, Selenium, Postman and SoapUI.</p> </li> <li> <p>Experience with programming languages such as Java, XML, HTML, CSS, Javascript is a plus.</p> </li> <li> <p>Comfortable documenting and tracking project work within ALM tools such as Jira and Confluence.</p> </li> <li> <p>Experience working on a team of 5 or more software and test engineers i
