Join us, grow faster!</p> <p><span style="color: rgb(0, 130, 230);"><strong>What you’ll have to do:</strong></span></p> <p> </p> <ul data-line="11"> <li>Transitioning applications to Kubernetes and driving their migration to the cloud;</li> <li>Partnering with development teams on production scaling, dependency upgrades, security patches, and performance improvements - building self-service tooling so teams can handle routine operations themselves;</li> <li>Designing, developing and maintaining reusable CI/CD pipelines for automated, secure and scalable delivery;</li> <li>Instrumenting services and infrastructure with metrics, dashboards, and actionable alerting (Prometheus, Grafana), including managing metric collection and cost;</li> <li>Configuring and troubleshooting load balancing, service networking, and connectivity across services (HAProxy, gateways, Kubernetes networking) to increase system stability and reliability;</li> <li>Investigating and resolving production incidents during working hours - tracing issues across application, network, and infrastructure layers, and contributing to postmortems and permanent fixes;</li> <li>Identifying repetitive issues or tasks and implementing permanent solutions;</li> <li>Defining and managing cloud infrastructure using Infrastructure as Code (IaC);</li> <li>Administering the Linux systems underlying our container and cloud environments;</li> <li>Documenting infrastructure configurations, deployment procedures, and operational runbooks.</li> </ul> <p> </p> <p><span style="color: rgb(0, 130, 230);"><strong>What makes you a good fit:</strong></span></p> <p> </p> <ul data-line="24"> <li>Have 3+ years of experience in DevOps or similar roles;</li> <li>Have solid Linux administration skills;</li> <li>Have very good knowledge of cloud environments, containers and container orchestration solutions (Kubernetes);</li> <li>Have hands-on experience with at least one major cloud provider (AWS or Tencent preferred - our stack runs on both; GCP/Azure experience transfers well);</li> <li>Have experience with Terraform for infrastructure as code;</li> <li>Have solid understanding of networking concepts, operating systems, automation, distributed computing, high availability and security best practices;</li> <li>Have practical experience with monitoring and logging in production - Prometheus and Grafana or equivalents.</li> </ul> <p> </p> <p><span style="color: rgb(0, 130, 230);"><strong>What makes you stand out: </strong></span></p> <p> </p> <ul data-line="34"> <li>Experience building CI/CD pipelines in GitLab CI or GitHub Actions;</li> <li>Scripting skills (Bash, Python, Go or similar);</li> <li>Experience with Helm and custom chart development;</li> <li>Experienc
