It will report to the Treasury Operations Reconciliation Manager.</p> <p><strong>What you’ll do</strong></p> <p>● This position will work with the wider treasury function and will play a central role in the daily operations of the department.</p> <p>● Supporting the financial reconciliation function ensuring the adequate reconciliation and reporting of 800+ accounts in 100+ currencies.</p> <p>● Execution of daily trade reconciliation across multiple FX transaction types and counterparties in line with EMIR requirements.</p> <p>● Support to Ebury’s Group Bank accounts reconciliations including:</p> <p>- Client collections accounts</p> <p>- Lp settlements accounts</p> <p>- Payout accounts</p> <p>- Corporate Treasury Accounts</p> <p>- Trade Finance and SPV accounts</p> <p>- Cover accounts </p> <p>● Daily monitoring and controls over trade populations and settlements. </p> <p>● Management of discrepancies across trade details between internal systems. </p> <p>● Controls over internal vs external balances.</p> <p>● Detect, analyse, correct and escalate if needed possible discrepancies between external and internal cash flows and balances.</p> <p>● Execute daily internal control checks to ensure there is no missing information in the systems.</p> <p>● Ad-hoc, weekly and monthly reporting of all treasury positions.</p> <p>● Document and control of processes facilitating the audit processes.</p> <p>● Intra-department reporting.</p> <p>● Supporting function in external audit. </p> <p><strong>What you’ll need</strong><strong><br></strong></p> <p> </p> <div id="page-2" class="_kqswh2mm _bfhku67f _18u01wug _2hwx1wug" data-testid="page-1">● Team player, fast learner, able to multitask and prioritise workload appropriately.
