This position works within Extensiv to organize orders by workstream, carrier ship method, and customer requirements, ensuring efficient picking, on-time shipment, and accurate inventory flow. The role partners closely with warehouse leadership, floor teams, and shipping to balance workload, meet carrier cutoffs, and support key operational performance metrics.</span></p> <p> </p> <p><span style="font-size: 12pt;"><strong>Key Responsibilities </strong></span></p> <ul> <li style="font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-size: 12pt;">Create and release pick batches in Extensiv by workstream, carrier ship method (Ground, Express, International, LTL, FTL), and customer, aligned to daily shipping cutoffs and labor capacity.</span></li> <li style="font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-size: 12pt;">Prioritize batches to support ship-on-time performance, with emphasis on Express, International, and cutoff-driven orders.</span></li> <li style="font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-size: 12pt;">Allocate inventory using established FIFO and location-based rules to reduce rework, shortages, and inventory discrepancies.</span></li> <li style="font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-size: 12pt;">Post accurate and timely batch details to the Order Share list, ensuring real-time visibility across all active workstreams.</span></li> <li style="font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-size: 12pt;">Communicate clearly with each workstream by providing a summarized pull list that includes order count, unit volume, priority level, and special handling requirements.</span></li> <li style="font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-size: 12pt;">Monitor batch progress throughout the shift and proactively rebalance workload to prevent bottlenecks or missed SLAs.</span></li> <li style="font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-size: 12pt;">Track and escalate unallocated, unreleased, or overdue orders within Order Management team to minimize fulfillment delays.</span></li> <li style="font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-size: 12pt;">Identify and report inventory shortages, location errors, or system issues that impact picking efficiency or shipment timelines.</span></li> </ul> <p> </p> <p><span style="font-size: 12pt;"><strong>Support the Shipping Department as needed by:</strong></span></p> <ul> <li style="font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-size: 12pt;">Assistin
