They will partner with an interdisciplinary team to provide quality care and a consistently therapeutic milieu for all patients.</span><span data-ccp-props="{"201341983":0,"335559740":240}"> </span></p> <p><span data-contrast="auto">As a leader of the health care team, the RN provides professional nursing care, utilizing sound clinical judgement, in alignment with ERC Pathlight’s established standards of care, policies, and procedures. They are expected to remain flexible, demonstrate effective, efficient care while maintaining quality, in alignment with ERC Pathlight’s vision, mission, and strategic plan. All teammates are expected to treat patients, families, and co-workers with dignity and respect.
