Together, we are reimagining every part of the collectibles experience for fans, partners, and creators.</span></p> <p> </p> <p><span style="font-size: 12pt;"><strong>Position Overview:</strong> We are seeking an experienced <strong>Total Productive Maintenance (TPM) Manager</strong> to lead and implement TPM strategies across our manufacturing operations. The TPM Manager will be responsible for ensuring the optimization of equipment reliability, minimizing downtime, and enhancing overall production efficiency. This individual will work closely with engineering, operations, and production teams to foster a culture of continuous improvement and proactive maintenance, driving the effectiveness and longevity of machinery and equipment.
