Scientist to Sr. Scientist, Pharmacology

<p><strong>Job Responsibilities</strong><strong>:</strong></p> <p><strong>1. Tissue Sample Processing and Histopathological Analysis:</strong></p> <p style="padding-left: 40px;">Be proficient in and participate in the collection and processing of animal tissue samples, including hard-tissue resin embedding, frozen and paraffin-embedded tissue sectioning, immunohistochemistry (IHC), routine histological staining, and in situ hybridization. Independently develop and apply various software tools for histopathological imaging, and biochemical data analysis.</p> <p><strong>2. Animal Models and In Vivo Studies:</strong></p> <ul> <li>Lead the identification, characterization, and optimization of animal disease models for new research projects.</li> <li>Participate in experimental design and lead the execution of  in vivo animal studies.</li> <li>Collaborate with CROs and relevant internal functions to ensure effective communication and support the advancement of drug development programs.</li> </ul> <p><strong>3. Cell Biology:</strong></p> <p style="padding-left: 40px;">Independently conduct and complete cell-based research activities, including specialized cell screening and characterization, gene transfection and genetic modification, establishment of basic functional cell models, and flow cytometry analysis, to support efficacy evaluation and mechanism-of-action studies. Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior team members, while actively supporting team capability building</p> <p><strong>4. Molecular Biology:</strong></p> <ul> <li>Perform routine molecular biology and biochemical assays, including but not limited to genotyping, ELISA, qPCR, Western blotting, and biochemical assays.</li> <li>Maintain accurate experimental records, document raw data, and perform preliminary data analysis and interpretation.</li> <li>Independently establish, optimize, and improve analytical methods by leveraging emerging and advanced technologies to support research needs.</li> </ul> <p><strong>5. Experimental Documentation and Compliance Support:</strong></p> <ul> <li>Guide and support junior researchers in maintaining standardized and compliant records of experimental procedures and results.</li> <li>Organize experimental data and assist in the preparation of study documents, reports, and relevant compliance materials.</li> <li>Participate in and contribute to the preparation and completion of periodic experimental and project progress reports.</li> </ul> <p><strong>6. Cross-Functional Collaboration and Support:</strong></p> <ul> <li>Provide cross-functional coordination and communication in accordance with project and business needs, as well as other responsibilities assigned by management.</li> <li> Facilitate effective cross-functional communication and collaboration to ensure alignment on R&D pipeline activities and key timelines, support high-quality execution of R&D projects.</li> </ul> <p><strong> </strong></p> <p><strong>岗位职责：</strong></p> <ol> <li><strong>组织样本处理与病理分析</strong>：熟知并参与完成动物组织样本的采集与处理，包括硬组织树脂包被、冰冻和石蜡组织切片制备、免疫组织化学染色（IHC）、常规组织染色及原位杂交等实验操作。可独立开发和利用不同软件进行组织病理和生化分析。</li> <li><strong>动物模型与体内实验</strong>：负责新项目动物疾病模型发现、鉴定、和优化。参与实验设计并带领体内动物实验操作和执行；协助与CRO及公司内部相关部门沟通，支持药物研发项目推进。</li> <li><strong>细胞生物学实验</strong>：独立开展和完成细胞水平研究工作，包括特种细胞筛选鉴定、基因转染和基因改造及基础功能性细胞模型的构建，流式细胞分析等，用于药效评价及机制研究。同时指导团队其他成员，推动团队能力建设。</li> <li><strong>分子生物学实验操作</strong>：进行常规分子生物学实验分析，包括但不限于基因型鉴定、ELISA、qPCR、Western Blot、生物化学检测等，按照既定流程完成实验操作、原始数据记录及基础结果整理。瞄准前沿技术独立完成多方面方法学建立和优化提升。</li> <li><strong>实验记录与合规支持</strong>：指导和支持初级研究人员规范记录实验过程与结果，整理实验数据，协助完成实验文档、报告及相关合规性材料，并参与和完成阶段性实验结果报告。</li> <li><strong>多部门协作和支持：</strong>根据项目和业务的要求，及上级安排的其他相关工作，做好相关部门内部协调沟通，确保研发管线进展及项目时间线信息同步，支持项目高效执行。。</li> </ol> <p> </p> <p><strong>Qualifications and Requirements:</strong></p> <p><strong>1. Educational Background</strong><strong>: </strong>Master's degree or above in Biology, Biotechnology, Biomedical Sciences, Pharmaceutical Sciences, Basic Medicine, or a related discipline.</p> <p><strong>2. Work experience:</strong> Scientist: Master’s degree with 7–9 years of relevant work experience or Ph.D. (in Physiology, Cell Biology, or a related discipline) with 3-5 years of relevant experience. Postdoctoral research experience (≥2-3 years) is preferred; Sr. Scientist: Master’s degree with 10 years of relevant work experience or Ph.D. (in Physiology, Cell Biology, or a related discipline) with 6 years of relevant experience. Postdoctoral research experience (≥2-3 years) is preferred.</p> <p><strong>3. Technical Skills and Research Experience</strong></p> <ul> <li><strong>Scientific Background</strong> <ul> <li>Strong foundation in biological and biomedical sciences.</li> <li>Background and research experience in <strong>bone, muscle, and joint biology</strong> are highly preferred.</li> </ul> </li> <li><strong> Cell and Molecular Biology</strong> <ul> <li>Strong understanding of the principles and applications of cell and molecular biology, with the ability to independently perform relevant experimental procedures.</li> <li>Hands-on experience with advanced molecular biology technologies, such as RNA-seq and gen
