Our solutions drive innovation for hundreds of businesses in 25+ countries worldwide, ranging from small businesses to multinational Fortune 500 corporations.  Our mission is to create intelligent tools that automate and optimize the additive manufacturing process, enabling anyone to manufacture high performance parts, in any material, with the touch of a button.</div>About The Role  As Director of Marketing, you will play a key role in leading AON3D’s marketing strategy, translating business goals into clear priorities across all marketing functions. Reporting to the VP of Sales & Marketing, you will shape our market positioning, build brand awareness, and drive demand, with a strong focus on product marketing and content marketing. You will grow and develop the marketing team, manage external agencies and partner relationships, and align internal teams around shared goals. This is a hands-on leadership role: alongside setting direction, you will lead execution and personally develop key content and campaigns. You will define performance metrics, measure and report on results, and use those insights to refine strategy and improve marketing’s contribution to growth.  What You Will Do  <ul> <li>Help set and lead AON3D’s marketing strategy across all marketing functions, translating business goals into clear priorities, plans, and budgets. </li> <li>Grow, lead, and develop the marketing team, aligning internal resources, external agencies, and partner relationships to deliver on marketing priorities. </li> <li>Define marketing performance metrics, measure and report on results and contribution to pipeline and revenue, and use insights to improve strategy and resource allocation. </li> <li>Experience building and developing marketing teams, managing external agencies, and developing partner relationships. </li> <li>Demonstrated ability to manage marketing budgets, measure performance, and use data to guide investment and communicate business impact. </li> <li>Define and own company and product positioning and messaging, and make sure the product story is told consistently across all marketing activities. </li> <li>Translate technical concepts into clear value propositions for each product and customer segment. </li> <li>Plan and execute product launches, including messaging, presentations, and launch events. </li> <li>Coordinate, execute, and attend trade shows and events. </li> <li>Create and maintain technical content such as white papers, case studies, landing pages, presentations, and social media.<span data-ccp-props="{"335559738":240,"335559739":240}"&
