Build a Safer World. TRM Labs provides AI-powered intelligence solutions that help public and private sector agencies investigate and disrupt crime. TRM's platforms enable investigators to trace illicit activity, build cases, and construct operating pictures of threat networks. Leading agencies and businesses worldwide rely on TRM to make the world safer and more secure. The impact you'll have We're looking for a Senior Product Manager who understands that this role is not coordination. It's ownership. Your job is to enable, capture, and expand ARR. You think like a general manager: driving the outcome yourself or activating others to do it. You'll own the product roadmap for TRM's offering to financial institutions and fintechs, as the financial system moves onto blockchain rails. Your customers are compliance teams, AML analysts, and risk officers who need to screen transactions, monitor wallets, and meet regulatory requirements at scale. You'll build the features that make TRM indispensable to their workflows and drive the expansion that follows. • Pathfinding: Get in front of customers before there's anything to show. Surface problems they can't fully articulate, and turn a morning conversation into a same-day spec. • Shaping: Turn customer insight into a solution. Prototype with designers, with customers in the loop. • Building: Ship in hours and days. Build AI agents into the product and your workflow, and ship code alongside engineers and the Product Cortex. • Closing: Be present in the deal. Lead demos, run scoping calls, and turn field feedback into roadmap unlocks. What we're looking for • Curiosity: You go deeper than the feature request and find the problem the customer didn't name. • Bias for action: You ship a working V1 and iterate, and you can walk us through a real example. • AI-native: You already build agents and live in an AI-native workflow. You can demo it. • Product taste: You know what good looks like and can define it precisely enough for others to execute. What TRM speed looks like in this role • Interview a customer in the morning. Build a prototype using MagicPatterns and AI tooling by 3pm. Share it with the customer for feedback by EOD. • Identify a high-priority signal on Monday. Spec finalized Tuesday. Engineering aligned Wednesday. Launched Friday. • Publish a plugin or skill to the TRM marketplace as a byproduct of your daily work, something you built to do your own job better, so the full team can leverage it within the same sprint. The following represents the expected range of compensation for this role: • Individual pay is determined by skills, qualifications, experience, and location. The compensation details listed in this posting reflect the US base salary only. • The estimated base salary range for this role is $195,000 - $230,000. • Additionally, this role may be eligible to participate in TRM’s equity plan. • Please note – we factor in the different costs for geographies outside the United States. Our R&D team is distributed not distant and will participate in work weeks, typically 1–2 times per quarter, at a TRM hub or other designated location. Work weeks may be scheduled with as little as 14 days’ notice, and some roles may require additional travel based on team and cross-functional needs. TRM coordinates and covers approved travel, lodging, and workspace. Interviewing with TRM Our process is designed to understand how you think, solve problems, and deliver impact, while allowing you to evaluate TRM. Most interview processes include a case study, an AI skills assessment, and a Leadership Principles interview. • Recruiter Intro: Qualifications, motivations, and alignment with the role. • Hiring Manager: Deep dive into your relevant experience, skills, and impact. • First Round: 1–2 interviews focused on the skills most critical to the role. • Final Round: Hands-on case study. This is usually a panel-style session where we go deeper into your craft, problem-solving, and alignment with TRM. • References: Former colleagues who can provide insight into your work and impact. • Offer: Congrats! Your recruiter will present the offer and compensation details. • Welcome to TRM: We're excited to build a safer world with you! Your recruiter will share your specific interview plan and preparation guidance along the way. AI Fluency at TRM AI fluency is a baseline expectation at TRM.
