Job details • Teach the school’s English Curriculum to school students for grade 3 to grade 12, with a small class size of around 15 students • Preparing lessons and lectures, tutoring techniques, designing and correcting assessments, and writing report comments • Co-teach with Chinese teachers and be prepared to develop and improve school-based curriculum • Assess and monitor students’ progress and provide targets so that all learners can succeed and improve • Provide clear and constructive feedback to students and their parents and caregivers Requirements • Bachelor’s degree or above • At least 1 years of related teaching experience • A TESOL/TESL/TEFL qualification • Excellent English communicative skills Benefits Salary and benefits • Monthly salary of 18,000 to 24,000 RMB commensurate with experience and qualifications • Flight allowance of 6,000 RMB • Medical health Insurance • Public holidays plus 12 days of paid annual leave • Residence and work visa sponsored • Airport pickup upon arrival • Comprehensive pre-job training with ongoing support
