We are looking for an English ESL Teacher for a Training Center based in Shanghai. This position is available with an immediate start. Job details • Teach the school’s English Curriculum to school students for age 3 to age 12 • Preparing lessons and lectures, tutoring techniques, designing and correcting assessments, and writing report comments • Co-teach with Chinese teachers and be prepared to develop and improve school-based curriculum • Assess and monitor students’ progress and provide targets so that all learners can succeed and improve • Provide clear and constructive feedback to students and their parents and caregivers • Class size of approx. 15 students Requirements • Bachelor’s degree or above • At least 1 years of related teaching experience • A TESOL/TESL/TEFL qualification • Excellent English communicative skills Benefits Salary and benefits • Monthly Salary of 18,000 to 24,000 RMB commensurate with experience and qualifications • Flight allowance of 6,000 RMB • Health Insurance • Public holidays plus 12 days of paid annual leave • Residence and work permit sponsored
