Occupational Therapist | Private Practice | Melbourne This is a private practice that has quietly built a strong reputation without chasing volume or overloading clinicians. The focus here is on doing good work, at a sustainable pace, with people who actually enjoy what they do. Just a genuinely well-run clinic. The environment You’ll be based in a modern, thoughtfully designed clinic where things run smoothly behind the scenes — bookings make sense, admin support is reliable, and you’re not left catching up on notes late into the evening. The team is experienced, down-to-earth, and collaborative without being overbearing. You’ll have support when you want it, and space when you don’t. The role • Clinic-based position with a consistent, well-managed caseload • Mixed client base across adults and/or paediatrics (depending on your preference) • Opportunity to develop your own clinical interests over time • Flexibility in how you structure your day Why people tend to stay here • Workloads are realistic — no pressure to overbook • You’re treated like a clinician, not a number • Leadership is approachable and understands clinical work • The culture is steady, not constantly changing What they’re looking for • AHPRA registered Occupational Therapist • Someone who values quality care and good client relationships • Open to early career OTs or more experienced clinicians What’s on offer • Competitive salary aligned with your experience • Flexible working arrangements • Ongoing support and professional development • A stable, long-term team environment If you’re open to something that feels a bit more considered — less rushed, more intentional — I'd be happy to share more about the clinic and see if it could be the right fit - camille@mediix.com.au
