The role is multi-product women’s, men’s and childrenswear with a jersey focus. The successful candidates will have oversight of a small product area. • Managing the quality and fit for a capsule area with the support of a senior. • Running fit meetings for your area, driving consistency and fit improvements. • Driving innovation in product, performance, and sustainability through benchmarking and technical projects. • Integral part of the buying team, working with the Garment Technologist to deliver technical suitability of fabric, construction, and fit. • Managing your categories testing and AQL programme. • Monitoring returns data to identify poor performance and deliver improvements. • Building supplier relationships to influence quality and fit. • At least 1 years in an assistant technologist role. • Capable of fitting unaided. • Experienced at testing review. • Good data management reporting skills. • Experience of working with offshore suppliers. • Good influencing, negotiation, and communication skills. • Team player capable of working under pressure to deadlines. • Organised, methodical with great attention to detail. • Competitive salary and benefits package • Hybrid working, 3 days in London based office & 2 working from home • Holiday allowance • 50% staff discount & 25% for family and friends • Pension scheme
