DRMP is seeking a Senior Bridge Engineer to take on more complex projects, guide junior engineers, and drive excellence across our structures practice. The Opportunity DRMP is a fast-growing transportation engineering firm with deep expertise in bridge design, structures, and infrastructure solutions. We're expanding our technical team, and we need a Senior Bridge Engineer who can handle complex projects, mentor junior engineers, and contribute to business development. Lead & Deliver Complex Bridge Projects • Develop structural calculations, produce engineering drawings, and deliver technical reports for complex DOT and transportation structure projects. • Work on both Design-Bid-Build and Design-Build delivery methods. Engineer Creative Solutions • Perform and direct engineering alternatives investigations. • Analyze data, perform calculations, and evaluate solutions that balance technical excellence with practical delivery. Mentor & Develop Junior Engineers • Train junior engineers in design methodology, problem-solving, and technical excellence. • Guide project teams and share your expertise. • Shape the next generation of bridge engineers. Support Projects Through All Phases • Lead design development, respond to RFIs, review shop drawings, and provide construction-phase problem-solving. • Ensure projects succeed from design through delivery. Contribute to Technical Excellence • Ensure designs meet AASHTO LRFD standards, FDOT requirements, and DRMP's quality standards. • Lead design reviews and set technical direction on projects.
