About the Role Join a small engineering team building AI-native infrastructure for private market operations. You will own core backend systems that support reliable, secure, and traceable financial workflows across hosted and self-hosted deployments. What You'll Do • Build and maintain backend infrastructure for permissions, auditability, traceability, and observability. • Manage deployment architectures for hosted and self-hosted environments using infrastructure-as-code tools. • Improve the reliability, performance, and security of production systems. • Partner with product teams to deliver features while maintaining high quality standards. • Use AI-native development practices to support rapid, high-quality releases. What We're Looking For • One to six years of professional backend development experience. • Production experience building services with TypeScript and NestJS. • Production experience with PostgreSQL and Prisma. • Experience managing deployments with infrastructure-as-code tools such as Terraform or Pulumi. • Experience improving reliability, security, performance, observability, or auditability in production. • Practical experience with AI, machine learning, large language models, or AI-native systems. Compensation & Benefits Base salary: €70,000 to €110,000 annually. Visa sponsorship is available. Location On-site in Berlin, Germany.
