As a Candidate Outreach Associate, you will connect with prospective candidates, introduce relevant job opportunities, and assess their interest and availability. The role involves high-volume outbound calling, with an expected 100–120 calls per day, alongside consistent follow-ups and accurate recordkeeping. You will collaborate with recruiting teams to ensure interested candidates move efficiently through the hiring pipeline. This remote position offers an opportunity to develop communication, candidate engagement, and recruitment operations skills. Candidates may be considered for different role levels, including junior or senior intern, contractor/consultant, and full-time POD Lead, depending on experience and suitability.
