As a Smile CDR Administrator, you will oversee the configuration, administration, and operational support of a critical healthcare interoperability platform in a fully remote environment. You will manage multiple platform environments, support FHIR-based APIs, troubleshoot integration challenges, and maintain reliable system performance. Working closely with architecture, engineering, and business teams, you will help deliver scalable solutions that support evolving healthcare data-sharing requirements. Your expertise will contribute to compliance with federal interoperability mandates and initiatives involving patient access, provider access, prior authorization, and payer-to-payer data exchange.
