<p><strong>Mission Brief </strong></p> <p><span data-contrast="none">As the Ground Safety & Compliance Engineer, you will be contributing to our new launch site in Canada from the start by developing safety processes and emergency response plans for our ground operations and assure compliance during active phase of operation. </span><span data-contrast="none">During the initial launch site development phase, you will be establishing the ground safety framework and ensure ground safety aspects are embedded into facility design, systems and operational concepts and processes in accordance with range and licensing regulations. </span><span data-contrast="none">During the operational phase, you will be assuring compliance, maintaining and enhancing safety performance and processes across ground operations, payload processing, and continuous improvement activities.</span> </p> <p><span data-contrast="none">This position is based in Canso, Nova Scotia. During the initial launch site development phase, flexible working arrangements may be required.
