You build the plan, you adjust it on the fly, and you make the call when priorities shift mid-shift.</p> <p class="font-claude-response-body break-words whitespace-normal"><strong>You'll build the team.</strong><br>Ops Leads and hourly associates look to you for real coaching, not just direction. You'll train people up, mentor them through the tough days, and run huddles and handoffs that actually keep everyone aligned.</p> <p class="font-claude-response-body break-words whitespace-normal"><strong>You'll raise the bar.</strong><br>SOPs aren't just paperwork here — you're the reason they stick. You'll keep an eye on accuracy, partner with site leadership on what could work better, and keep the warehouse running safe, clean, and organized.</p> <p class="font-claude-response-body break-words whitespace-normal"><strong>You'll be the go-to.</strong><br>When something breaks on the floor, you're first on the scene — and you know exactly when to solve it yourself and when to loop in the Site Lead or GM.
