About the Role Join an early-stage procurement technology company as its first commercial hire. You will lead enterprise sales across the DACH region, close new business, and build the playbook for a scalable go-to-market team. What You'll Do • Close new business with DACH enterprises and mid-market organizations across sectors such as energy, automotive, and chemicals. • Own the full sales cycle, from discovery and demos through business cases, pilot scoping, procurement, security reviews, contract negotiation, and upsell. • Build relationships across complex buying committees, including procurement, IT, finance, and category management leaders. • Partner with deployment specialists from the demo onward, leading the commercial process alongside implementation work. • Share pricing, product, and ideal customer profile insights with company leadership and the product team. • Document the sales playbook for future account executive hires. What We're Looking For • At least 3 years of experience closing complex enterprise B2B SaaS deals. • A track record of personally closing deals with six-figure annual contract values and consistently attaining meaningful quota over multiple sales cycles. • Experience selling enterprise software for supply chain management, vendor or supplier management, accounts payable, budget control, or a comparable area. • Strong stakeholder-mapping skills and experience navigating complex enterprise buying committees. • Full professional proficiency in both German and English. • Experience owning the complete enterprise sales cycle, including discovery, demos, procurement, security reviews, negotiation, and expansion.
