With a well-established presence in Southern California and a growing service operation, the company focuses on reliable service delivery, customer satisfaction, and operational efficiency.</p> <h3>What You’ll Do</h3> <ul> <li>Clean up and validate existing data in ServiceTitan and LuxorCRM, correcting errors, duplicates, and missing information</li> <li>Ensure account ownership, contact details, referral sources, and campaign data are accurate and consistent across both platforms</li> <li>Manage daily data exports and imports from ServiceTitan to LuxorCRM, applying the correct reference tags</li> <li>Create and update sales opportunities in both systems, verifying estimate values and account details</li> <li>Identify, document, and escalate data discrepancies and recurring issues to the sales team</li> </ul> <h3>What You Bring</h3> <ul> <li>Professional experience in data entry, sales operations, or CRM data maintenance</li> <li>Strong attention to detail and ability to handle repetitive, high-volume data tasks</li> <li>Proficiency in spreadsheets, including CSV imports/exports, lookups, deduplication, and data reconciliation</li> <li>Ability to learn new platforms quickly through vendor training</li> </ul> <h3>Nice to have</h3> <ul> <li>Hands-on experience with ServiceTitan or LuxorCRM.</li> <li>Experience in field services or trades such as plumbing, HVAC, or electrical.</li> <li>Previous experience with CRM data migration or cleanup projects.</li> </ul> <h3>English level </h3> <p>Upper-intermediate </p> <h3>Legal & Hiring Information</h3> <ul> <li>Exadel is proud to be an Equal Opportunity Employer committed to inclusion across minority, gender identity, sexual orientation, disability, age, and more.</li> <li>Reasonable accommodations are available to enable individuals with disabilities to perform essential functions.</li> <li>Please note: this job description is not exhaustive.
