In this role, we are looking for a high-energy, hands-on individual that can work independently and collaboratively with internal and external business partners. The Accounts Receivable Analyst will report to the Senior Accounting Manager.</p> <p> </p> <p><strong>Your Day to Day</strong></p> <ul> <li>Work closely with order management, revenue and corporate finance team to understand the deal structure and ensure customer billing schedule and invoices are correctly created in SaaSOptics</li> <li>Work with Customers and Labelbox sales team to resolve outstanding issues related to billing and collections</li> <li>Review Aged Receivable report on a weekly basis and provide feedback for past due accounts along with weekly reporting of invoicing totals/aging totals/cash receipts/invoice adjustments</li> <li>Process software subscriptions to generate bookings, billings, and revenue </li> <li>Implement dunning process in Quickbooks Online</li> <li>Create and streamline billing and collections processes</li> <li>Prepare monthly, quarterly, annual and ad-hoc forecasting reports</li> <li>Assisting in general financial management and analysis</li> <li>Assist accounting team with month end accruals and account reconciliations</li> </ul> <p> </p> <p><strong>About You</strong></p> <ul> <li>At least 4-5 years of accounts receivable experience (more preferred).</li> <li>General experience in expense accounting and categorization preferred</li> <li>Experience with end to end Accounts Receivable. </li> <li>Intermediate knowledge of accounting practices.</li> <li>Experience with ERP systems (particularly Quickbooks Online, and SaaSOptics) preferred.</li> <li>Software/SaaS billing experience</li> <li>Ability to work with sales team and educate them on company account receivable policies</li> <li>Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel (including pivot tables and lookups), is necessary.</li> <li>Superior organizational, teamwork, and time management skills.</li> <li>A commitment to quality, with excellent attention to detail.</li> <li>Proven ability to maintain a high level of confidentiality, customer service, professionalism, and integrity.</li> <li>Ability to multi-task and respond to requests in a timely manner.</li> <li>Ability to utilize strong interpersonal and verbal & written communication skills.</li> <li>Comfortable with deadlines and thrives on achieving continued completion of them.</li> </ul><div class="content-conclusion"><h2><strong>Life at Labelbox</strong></h2> <ul> <li><strong>Environment</strong>: Fast-paced and high-intensity, perfect for ambitious individuals who thrive on ownership and quick decision-making</li> <li><strong>Growth</strong>: Career advancement opportunities directly tied to your impact</li> <li><strong>Vision</strong>: Be part of building the foundation for humanity's most transformative technology</li> </ul> <h2><strong>Our Vision</strong></h2> <p>We
