This is a technical manager role: the ideal candidate spends a meaningful part of every week in the code – reviewing pull requests, setting engineering standards, unblocking developers and building features – while owning backlog and change management with the Team PM, hiring, performance management, vendor relationships and production health, and partnering with Product, DTC, Marketing, Cybersecurity, Enterprise Applications, the Digital Technology architect and leadership on budget, KPIs and the evolution of the stack. </span> <br><span data-contrast="auto"> </span><span data-ccp-props="{}"> <br></span><strong>The MANSCAPED® Way - </strong>At MANSCAPED®, what we do matters – but how we do it matters more.
