As a Desktop Support Technician, you’ll be the go-to resource for helping our team stay productive and connected whether it’s troubleshooting everyday issues or setting up new systems. You’ll gain hands-on experience while supporting a company that values learning, collaboration, and real career growth.  <h2>What You’ll Do</h2> <ul> <li>Troubleshoot and resolve computer, software, and printing issues for internal users </li> <li>Install and configure operating systems and software applications </li> <li>Support basic hardware setups and peripheral devices (like printers and scanners) </li> <li>Provide friendly, helpful training to team members on using software and equipment </li> <li>Maintain accurate documentation of support tickets and system configurations </li> <li>Communicate technical issues clearly and simply with non-technical users </li> </ul> <h2>Who You Are</h2> <ul> <li>A strong communicator with a clear, patient approach to solving problems </li> <li>Comfortable diagnosing and fixing common computer issues </li> <li>Familiar with Windows operating systems and basic software tools (e.g., Microsoft Office) </li> <li>Organized and detail-oriented when it comes to tracking tasks and documenting fixes </li> <li>Eager to learn and grow in a professional IT environment </li> <li>Proactive about learning new technologies, including AI-based tools that enhance productivity </li> </ul> <h2>Nice To Have</h2> <ul> <li>Associate degree or relevant coursework in computer science, information technology, or related field </li> <li>CompTIA A+, Microsoft, or other IT certifications </li> <li>Experience with help desk or ticketing systems </sp
