Seeking External Partners To support our team of consultants, we are looking for independent external partners who can assist us on a fee basis as part of a contractually agreed collaboration. In particular, we are seeking external consultants with the following language skills: • Albanian • Azerbaijani • Belarusian • Danish • Estonian • Irish • Icelandic • Kazakh • Crimean Tatar • Latvian • Luxembourgish • Macedonian • Norwegian • Romani • Chechen Requirement: Applicants must provide proof of a valid business license in life and social counseling required for the position. This is a collaboration with independent external consultants on a fee-for-service basis; it is not an employment position with Mavie Work. The collaboration is based on a separate contractual cooperation agreement. • Independent provision of solution-focused, short-term psychosocial counseling (exclusively online) • Psychosocial training (Certified Life and Social Counselor, clinical psychologist with additional qualification in psychological counseling, psychotherapist) • Experience in solution-focused individual, couple, and family counseling, as well as in training, documented by relevant additional qualifications • Ability to work independently • Flexibility • Ability to collaborate as part of a team • A motivated team within a Europe-wide, cross-industry consulting and training organization • An interesting, varied, and challenging field of work • A pleasant work environment characterized by respect and mutual appreciation
