In this creative fellowship, you will help shape how compelling news and political stories are presented to millions of viewers through impactful visual content. You will design original YouTube thumbnails and graphics that capture attention, communicate complex topics, and encourage audience engagement. Working closely with video producers, editors, designers, and social media colleagues, you will contribute to the development and testing of creative concepts, headlines, and visual storytelling strategies. You will use audience analytics, A/B testing, and emerging social media trends to refine your designs and improve content performance. This role combines graphic design, illustration, editorial judgment, and digital audience strategy in a fast-paced, mission-driven environment.
