The right candidate will represent Per Scholas across the Greater Milwaukee and Southeast Wisconsin region - including sharing the Per Scholas history, mission, outcomes, and admissions process and requirements with prospective learners and applicants. Recruitment of prospective learners will be conducted in many ways, including digital channels, referral partners, and community outreach. The Manager, Recruitment and Admissions, will also consistently review applicant pipeline data to make data-driven recommendations to enhance the applicant experience, and increase conversion throughout the admissions process. </p> <p><strong>WHAT YOU’LL DO</strong></p> <ul> <li>Recruit viable candidates for Per Scholas training courses. </li> <li>Manage a rigorous outreach and admissions process throughout its entire lifecycle, ensuring targets and benchmarks for recruitment and admissions are achieved.</li> <li>Track, organize, and be prepared to report on recruitment and enrollment data in Salesforce, particularly in comparison to site and organizational goals and grant deliverables.</li> <li>In partnership with the Managing Director, manage relationships at referral partner organizations to sustain a pipeline of highly-qualified candidates for training.</li> <li>Attend networking events to increase Per Scholas’ visibility in the community.</li> <li>Communicate with candidates including notifying applicants of their acceptance status</li> <li>Conduct presentations and administer off-site information sessions as needed.</li> <li>Ensure all data regarding stakeholder groups (applicants, learners, community-based organizations, etc.) is accurately entered in Salesforce regularly.</li> <li>Work with the Per Scholas Marketing and Communications and National Recruitment teams to run recruitment ads on digital channels and ensure
