This role is responsible for building the systems, culture, and infrastructure that enable our team to do their best work.</span></span></p> <p><span style="font-weight: 400; font-size: 12pt;">Reporting directly to the COO, the Head of People will oversee all aspects of the People function including talent acquisition, performance management, leadership development, employee experience, and HR operations.
