This role centers on <strong data-start="210" data-end="289">regulatory compliance, capital management, and complex lending transactions</strong>. We are looking for a hands-on attorney with deep expertise in <strong data-start="353" data-end="428">Basel III capital requirements, AML/KYC frameworks, and OCC regulations</strong>, as well as experience structuring <strong data-start="464" data-end="517">syndicated loans and secured lending arrangements</strong>.
