You will keep apparel samples organized and the studio running smoothly while providing hands-on support during photo production days—including setup, garment prep, and on-set logistics. This is an on-site role critical to ensuring our e-commerce and marketing photography goes off without a hitch.<br><br><span style="text-decoration: underline;"><strong>Key Responsibilities: </strong></span></p> <ul> <li>Organize, catalog, and maintain inventory of all samples and production garments.</li> <li>Keep racks, shelves, and storage areas tidy, labeled, and logically organized at all times.</li> <li>Track all sample movement in and out of the studio for shoots, fittings, loans, and returns, ensuring accurate records are maintained. </li> <li>Perform quality control checks on garments prior to shoots, reviewing fit, construction, and cleanliness. </li> <li>Steam, tag, and prep all garments for content days and photo shoot days. </li> <li>Assist during fittings, photo shoots, and studio visits, including set-up, teardown, and on-set support throughout the day. </li> <li>Maintain overall studio cleanliness, including sweeping, tidying common areas, and managing supply levels. </li> <li>Proactively identify workflow improvements and stay ahead of studio needs before they become issues. </li> <li>Support miscellaneous errands, returns, and supply pickups as needed.</li> </ul> <div> </div> <div><span style="text-decoration: underline;"><strong>Requirements: </strong></span></div> <ul> <li><span class="s1">2+ years of hands-on experience working in <strong>fashion/apparel photo production </strong>or <strong>photo studio environments,</strong></span> with <strong>proven experience supporting and prepping garments for photoshoots</strong>.</li> <li><span class="s1">Strong organizational and project management skills</span>, with the ability to manage high-volume production workflows, timelines, and multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.</li> <li><span class="s1">Experience with e-commerce, fashion, or apparel photography/production strongly preferred</span>, with a professional understanding of studio and shoot processes.</li> <li>Exceptional organizational skills and a strong attention to detail. </li> <li>Experience with garment steaming, care, and quality inspection. </li> <li>Familiarity with sample tracking systems or inventory management tools. </li> <li>An eye for visual organization and brand presentation. </li> <li>Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously in a fast-paced environment without losing accuracy. </li> <li>A proactive, low-ego attitude. You take initiative, no task is too small, and you take pride in keeping things running smoothly. </li> <li>Strong communication skills and comfort working closely with a small, collaborative team.</li> <li>Physically able to stand for extended periods, lift garment racks, and handle the physical demands of an active studio environment. </li> <li><strong>Based in Miami, FL</strong>.
