Working closely with Product Managers, Subject Matter Experts (SMEs), and cross-functional teams, the Instructional Designer transforms complex business and technical concepts into engaging learning experiences that drive product adoption, knowledge retention, and learner success. </p> <p>This role owns the end-to-end learning content lifecycle, including instructional design, multimedia development, LMS administration, learner communications, and continuous content improvement. </p> <p><strong>HOW WE’LL BE WINNING TOGETHER DAY TO DAY</strong></p> <p>Learning Needs Analysis & Planning </p> <ul> <li>Partner with Product Managers, SMEs, and stakeholders to identify training requirements for new products, features, enhancements, and releases. </li> </ul> <ul> <li>Define learning objectives, target audiences, training scope, and success criteria. </li> </ul> <ul> <li>Design learning programs, curriculum, learning journeys, and certification pathways. </li> </ul> <p>Content & Multimedia Development </p> <ul> <li>Design and develop learning assets including eLearning modules, presentations, learner guides, knowledge articles, job aids, assessments, quizzes, videos, and microlearning content. </li> </ul> <ul> <li>Translate complex business and technical concepts into learner-friendly training materials. </li> </ul> <ul> <li>Create and edit instructional videos, software demonstrations, and product walkthroughs using Camtasia or similar tools. </li> </ul> <ul> <li>Develop and integrate voiceovers using ElevenLabs or similar AI-powered tools. </li> </ul> <ul> <li>Create learner-facing assets such as banners, flyers, infographics, learning catalogs, course thumbnails, and promotional materials using Canva or equivalent design platforms. </li> </ul> <ul> <li>Ensure all learning content aligns with instructional design, branding, accessibility, and quality standards. </li> </ul> <p>SME Collaboration & Project Management </p> <ul> <li>Collaborate with SMEs to gather technical information, validate content accuracy, and review training materials. </li> </ul> <ul> <li>Manage content, review cycles and incorporate stakeholder feedback. </li> </ul> <ul> <li>Coordinate multiple learning projects simultaneously while meeting quality and timeline expectations. </li> </ul> <ul> <li>Maintain organized documentation, content repositories, and version control practices. </li> </ul> <p>LMS Administration & Learning Enablement </p> <ul> <li>Upload, publish, and maintain training content within the Learning Management System (LMS). </li> </ul> <ul> <li>Configure and manage courses, learning paths, catalogs, assessments, certifications, and learner assignments. </li> </ul> <ul> <li>Generate LMS reports and monitor learner engagement, completion, and effectiveness metrics. </li> </ul> <ul> <li>Maintain learner-facing learning portals and ensure content remains current and accessible. </li> </ul> <p>Content Maintenance & Continuous Improvement </p> <ul> <li>Monitor product releases, enhancements, and feature updates to assess training impacts. </li> </ul> <ul> <li>Update training content to reflect product changes and maintain accuracy. </li> </ul> <ul> <li>Analyze learner feedback, engagement metrics, and course performance data. </li> </ul> <ul> <li>Recommend and implement improvements to enhance learner experience and training effectiveness. </li> </ul> <ul> <li>Stay current with emerging learning technologies, AI-powered tools, and industry best practices. </li> </ul> <p><strong>WE SHOULD TALK IF THIS SOUNDS LIKE YOU </strong></p> <p>Instructional Design </p> <ul> <li>Strong understandi
