We're looking for someone who can take ownership of a business, build and inspire a strong team, develop community partnerships, and deliver exceptional client experiences while maintaining operational and financial accountability.</p> <p>Reporting to the Regional Vice President of Operations, you'll have the opportunity to make a direct impact on branch success while helping shape the future of a growing home care organization.</p> <p><strong>Candidates must reside in Rolla or the surrounding communities</strong> and be available to work on-site at the branch, travel locally for business needs, and maintain an active presence in the communities we serve.</p> <h2>What You'll Be Responsible For</h2> <p><strong>Branch Operations & Leadership</strong></p> <ul data-spread="false"> <li> <p>Oversee daily branch operations, including staffing, scheduling, recruiting, payroll, billing, and service delivery.</p> </li> <li> <p>Lead, coach, and develop office and field teams while fostering a culture of accountability, collaboration, and engagement.</p> </li> <li> <p>Establish efficient processes, resolve operational challenges, and ensure consistent service delivery.</p> </li> <li> <p>Drive caregiver recruitment, retention, and workforce stability to meet client demand.</p> </li> <li> <p>Provide on-call leadership support as needed to address urgent staffing needs, client concerns, and operational matters outside regular business hours.</p> </li> </ul> <p><strong>Business Development & Community Growth</strong></p> <ul data-spread="false"> <li> <p>Develop and execute strategies to increase branch revenue, client referrals, and market presence throughout Rolla and surrounding communities.</p> </li> <li> <p>Build relationships with healthcare providers, community organizations, referral partners, and local stakeholders.</p> </li> <li> <p>Represent AbriCare at community events, networking opportunities, and outreach initiatives.</p> </li> <li> <p>Identify growth opportunities and collaborate with internal teams to expand services and strengthen referral partnerships.</p> </li> </ul> <p><strong>Financial & Business Performance</strong></p> <ul data-spread="false"> <li> <p>Take ownership of branch financial performance, including P&L, budgets, revenue, expenses, and profitability.</p> </li> <li> <p>Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and use data to identify opportunities for improvement.</p> </li> <li> <p>Manage operational resources effectively while balancing service quality, growth, and financial results.</p> </li> <li> <p>Develop action plans to address performance gaps and achieve branch goals.</p> </li> </ul> <p><strong>Quality, Compliance & Client Experience</strong></p> <ul data-spread="false"> <li> <p>Ensure compliance with Missouri DHSS, DSDS, MMAC, Medicaid requirements, and company policies.</p> </li> <li> <p>Oversee quality assurance, documentation, audits, training requirements, and QAPI activities.</p> </li> <li> <p>Partner with clinical teams to ensure services align with client care plans and regulatory standards.</p> </li> <li> <p>Address escalated client concerns promptly while maintaining high standards of service, safety, and satisfaction.</p> </li> </ul> <h2>What We're Looking For</h2> <p>We're looking for a leader who combines strong operational judgment with an entrepreneurial mindset and a genuine passion for developing people.</p> <p>The ideal candidate is someone who can balance competing priorities, make sound decisions, build relationships, and take ownership of results in a fast-paced, growing organization.</p> <p><strong>Required Qualifications</strong></p> <ul data-spread="false"> <li> <p>Minimum of 5 years of professional work experience.</p> </li> <li> <p>At least 1–2 years of experience recruiting, supervising, or managing teams.</p> </li> <li> <p>Must reside in Rolla, Missouri, or the surrounding communities.</p> </li> <li> <p>Ability to work on-site at the Rolla branch and travel throughout the local service area as needed.</p> </li> <li> <p>Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.</p> </li> <li> <p>Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively in a changing environment.</
