We're committed to helping individuals live safely and independently in the comfort of their homes.</p> <h2>What You'll Do</h2> <ul data-spread="false"> <li> <p>Conduct initial and ongoing in-home client assessments.</p> </li> <li> <p>Develop, review, and update individualized care plans.</p> </li> <li> <p>Perform caregiver supervisory visits and competency evaluations.</p> </li> <li> <p>Collaborate with clients, families, caregivers, and care teams.</p> </li> <li> <p>Monitor client conditions and address clinical or safety concerns.</p> </li> <li> <p>Maintain accurate documentation and ensure compliance with applicable regulations.</p> </li> </ul> <h2>What We're Looking For</h2> <p><strong>Required:</strong></p> <ul data-spread="false"> <li> <p>Active, unrestricted Missouri RN license.</p> </li> <li> <p>Current CPR/BLS certification.</p> </li> <li> <p>Strong clinical judgment, communication, and organizational skills.</p> </li> <li> <p>Ability to work independently and travel to client homes.</p> </li> <li> <p>Valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and ability to meet background screening requirements.</p> </li> </ul> <p><strong>Preferred:</strong></p> <ul data-spread="false"> <li> <p>Experience in home health, personal care, or community-based nursing.</p> </li> <li> <p>Familiarity with Missouri Medicaid (MO HealthNet) requirements.</p> </li> <li> <p>Experience with caregiver supervision and electronic documentation.</p> </li> </ul> <h2>Schedule & Compensation</h2> <ul data-spread="false"> <li> <p><strong>PRN:</strong> Flexible daytime hours, primarily Monday–Friday.</p> </li> <li> <p><strong>Hours:</strong> Initially limited, with opportunities to increase as client volume grows.</p> </li> <li> <p><strong>Coverage:</strong> Greater St. Louis, including St. Charles, St. Peters, Maryland Heights, Hazelwood, Webster Groves, Shrewsbury, Richmond Heights, and St. Louis City.</p> </li> <li> <p><strong>Pay:</strong> Competitive per visit compensation based on experience.</p> </li> <li> <p><strong>Mileage:</strong> $0.50 per mile for eligible business travel.</p> </li> </ul> <p><em>PRN hours are not guaranteed, and this position is not eligible for employee benefits.</em></p> <h2>Why Join AbriCare?</h2> <p>Enjoy the flexibility of PRN nursing, the independence of working in the field, and the satisfaction of helping individuals remain safe and comfortable at home—all while being part of a supportive, growing organization.</p> <p><strong>Ready to make a difference?
