You will lead a multidisciplinary engineering organization responsible for DevOps, Site Reliability Engineering, cloud infrastructure, CI/CD, developer experience, security enablement, databases and observability.</p> <p>You will drive the adoption of Platform Engineering principles, enabling product teams to move faster through self-service capabilities, automation, standardized building blocks and cloud-native best practices.</p> <p>As a key technology leader, you will partner closely with R&D, Product Management, Security, Operations and Architecture teams to define and execute the next generation of the NICE Actimize cloud platform.</p> <p><strong><span data-contrast="none">How will you make an impact? </span></strong><span data-ccp-props="{"201341983":0,"335551550":6,"335551620":6,"335559740":240}"> </span></p> <p> </p> <p><strong>Platform strategy and leadership</strong></p> <ul> <li>Define and execute the Platform Engineering vision and roadmap.</li> <li>Build, lead and grow a high-performing team of DevOps, SRE, Infrastructure and Platform Engineers.</li> <li>Drive engineering excellence, operational maturity and continuous improvement.</li> <li>Establish platform standards, governance models and engineering best practices.</li> <li>Act as a senior technical leader and mentor across multiple engineering organizations.</li> </ul> <p><strong>Cloud infrastructure and modernization</strong></p> <ul> <li>Own the cloud infrastructure strategy across AWS environments.</li> <li>Lead modernization initiatives around Kubernetes, GitOps, Infrastructure as Code and self-service platforms.</li> <li>Drive platform scalability, resiliency, security and cost optimization.</li> <li>Establish golden paths that simplify infrastructure consumption for development teams.</li> </ul> <p><strong>Developer experience and CI/CD</strong></p> <ul> <li>Own enterprise CI/CD platforms, deployment workflows and release engineering practices.</li> <li>Enable faster and safer software delivery through automation and self-service capabilities.</li> <li>Improve developer productivity through platform tooling, templates and reusable services.</li> <li>Drive adoption of GitHub Actions, Jenkins, ArgoCD and modern delivery practices where appropriate.</li> </ul> <p><strong>Reliability and operations</strong></p> <ul> <li>Lead SRE practices and reliability improvement programs.</li> <li>Improve incident response, root-cause analysis, operational readiness and platform resilience.</li> <li>Drive proactive risk management, technical debt reduction and production excellence.</li> <li>Strengthen observability, alerting and operational visibility across platform services.</li> </ul> <p><strong>Security, compliance and data platforms</strong></p> <ul> <li>Partner with security teams to implement secure-by-default platform capabilities.</li> <li>Embed security controls into CI/CD pipelines and platform workflows.</li> <li>Ensure compliance, governance and auditability across cloud environments.</li> <li>Partner with Database Reliability Engineering and data platform teams to ensure scalable, reliable and observable data services.</li> </ul> <p><strong>Innovation and AI-first engineering</strong></p> <ul> <li>Leverage AI and automation to improve engineering productivity and operational efficiency.</li> <li>Evaluate emerging technologies and define pragmatic adoption strategies.</li> <li>Foster a culture of ownership, innovation, learning and continuous improvement.</li> </ul> <p> </p> <p><strong><span data-contrast="none">Have you got what it takes? </span></strong><span data-ccp-props="{"201341983":0,"335559740":240}"> </span></p> <ul> <li>B.Sc. in Computer Science, Engineering or a related field.</li> <li>5+ years of leadership experience managing engineeri
