This role serves as the primary point of contact for technology delivery in the field and works closely with internal stakeholders, contractors, vendors, and service providers to ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and aligned with organisational standards.</div> <h2>Key Responsibilities</h2> <h3>Project Management & Delivery</h3> <ul> <li class="___ccc16d0 fje8fi8 f1ng9h0j f1bwykku f18jd3zf">Act as the day-to-day project manager for technology workstreams within office build-outs and real estate projects.</li> <li class="___ccc16d0 fje8fi8 f1ng9h0j f1bwykku f18jd3zf">Serve as the primary field contact for general contractors, subcontractors, vendors, integrators, and service providers.</li> <li class="___ccc16d0 fje8fi8 f1ng9h0j f1bwykku f18jd3zf">Develop and manage project plans, schedules, risks, issues, dependencies, and deliverables, ensuring alignment with construction milestones.</li> <li class="___ccc16d0 fje8fi8 f1ng9h0j f1bwykku f18jd3zf">Escalate blockers, drive issue resolution, and provide regular progress reporting to stakeholders and leadership.</li> <li class="___ccc16d0 fje8fi8 f1ng9h0j f1bwykku f18jd3zf">Maintain accurate project documentation throughout the project lifecycle.</li> </ul> <h3>Technology Infrastructure Delivery</h3> <div class="paragraph-in-scc-markdown-text ___1ngh792 ftgm304 f1iaxwol">Oversee the implementation, testing, and handover of technology systems, including:</div> <h4>Low Voltage & Network Infrastructure</h4> <ul> <li class="___ccc16d0 fje8fi8 f1ng9h0j f1bwykku f18jd3zf">Manage structured cabling deployments, including copper and fibre installations.</li> <li class="___ccc16d0 fje8fi8 f1ng9h0j f1bwykku f18jd3zf">Oversee MDF/IDF build-outs, UPS/PDU deployment, and adherence to approved design standards and specifications.</li> </ul> <h4>Network Deployment</h4> <ul> <li class="___ccc16d0 fje8fi8 f1ng9h0j f1bwykku f18jd3zf">Coordinate ISP circuit delivery and network hardware logistics.</li> <li class="___ccc16d0 fje8fi8 f1ng9h0j f1bwykku f18jd3zf">Manage rack-and-stack activities, patching, cutovers, and coordination with Network Engineering teams.</li> </ul> <h4>Audio Visual & Collaboration Technologies</h4> <ul> <li class="___ccc16d0 fje8fi8 f1ng9h0j f1bwykku f18jd3zf">Oversee conference room, collaboration space, and video-conferencing deployments.</li> <li class="___ccc16d0 fje8fi8 f1ng9h0j f1bwykku f18jd3zf">Coordinate implementation and commissioning activities with AV integrators and network teams.</li> </ul> <h4>Physical Security Systems</h4> <ul> <li class="___ccc16d0 fje8fi8 f1ng9h0j f1bwykku f18jd3zf">Oversee access control, biometric systems, CCTV, intrusion detection, and related security technologies.</li> <li class="___ccc16d0 fje8fi8 f1ng9h0j f1bwykku f18jd3zf">Ensure compliance with corporate security standards and successful integration with enterprise platforms.</li> </ul> <h3>Construction & Stakeholder Coordination</h3> <ul> <li class="___ccc16d0 fje8fi8 f1ng9h0j f1bwykku f18jd3zf">Represent the technology team in construction, design, inspection, and vendor coordination meetings.</li> <li class="___ccc16d0 fje8fi8 f1ng9h0j f1bwykku f18jd3zf">Partner closely with Technical Programme Managers, Network Engineering, Audio Visual, Corporate Security, Real Estate, architects, contractors, and technology vendors to ensure successful project delivery.</li> <li class="___ccc16d0 fje8fi8 f1ng9h0j f1bwykku f18jd3zf">Monitor installation quality, standards compliance, commissioning readiness, and punch-list resolution.</li> </ul> <h3>Testing, Commissioning & Handover</h3> <ul> <li class="___ccc16d0 fje8fi8 f1ng9h0j f1bwykku f18jd3zf">Oversee commissioning, validation, and acceptance of technology systems.</li> <li class="___ccc16d0 fje8fi8 f1ng9h0j f1bwykku f18jd3zf">Ensure completion of testing, remediation activities, and final documentation, including as-built drawings, warranties, training materials, and closeout deliverables.</li> <li class="___ccc16d0 fje8fi8 f1ng9h0j f1bwykku f18jd3zf">Deliver project closeout documentation, lessons learned, and final sign-off.</li> </ul> <h3>Communication & Reporting</h3> <ul> <li class="___ccc16d0 fje8fi8 f1ng9h0j f1bwykku f18jd3zf">Provide regular status reporting on schedules, risks, issues, budget adherence, and key decisions.</li> <li class="___ccc16d0 fje8fi8 f1ng9h0j f1bwykku f18jd3zf">Develop stakeholder communications, executive updates, and escalation plans as required.</li> </u
