For what tasks? • Operational management of campaigns, funnel calculation, technical setup of campaigns • Analysis of the effectiveness of advertising campaigns What kind of professional are you looking for? • 2+ years in mobile gaming UA • Experience managing paid traffic profitably • Strong understanding of ARPU, Retention, LTV, eCPM, CPI dynamics • Hands-on work with: Google Ads, Meta, Video Networks.
