We are looking for an experienced <strong>Senior Superintendent</strong> to provide leadership across complex construction projects and help develop the next generation of field leaders at Absher.</p> <p>This role is responsible for the successful execution of assigned projects with a focus on safety, quality, schedule, profitability, team development, and client relationships. Depending on project needs, a Senior Superintendent may lead a major project directly, provide oversight across multiple projects, or supervise and mentor other Superintendents.</p> <p>The right person for this role brings deep construction knowledge, strong leadership instincts, and the ability to step back from day-to-day execution and help project teams see what is coming next.</p> <h2>What You’ll Do</h2> <h3>Lead Field Operations</h3> <ul data-spread="false"> <li> <p>Provide senior-level oversight and leadership for field operations on assigned projects.</p> </li> <li> <p>Ensure project teams are successfully executing against safety, quality, schedule, logistics, and profitability expectations.</p> </li> <li> <p>Work closely with Project Executives, Project Managers, Superintendents, and the General Superintendent to identify risks and resolve issues before they impact project performance.</p> </li> <li> <p>Monitor project progress and provide guidance when schedule, staffing, coordination, quality, or cost challenges arise.</p> </li> <li> <p>Ensure site logistics, inspections, testing, reporting, and quality control activities are properly planned and executed.</p> </li> <li> <p>Hold project teams accountable for established field operations processes and expectations.</p> </li> </ul> <h3>Develop and Lead People</h3> <ul data-spread="false"> <li> <p>Lead, mentor, and develop Superintendents, Assistant Superintendents, Field Engineers, foremen, and other operations personnel.</p> </li> <li> <p>Provide clear expectations, coaching, feedback, and accountability to field leaders.</p> </li> <li> <p>Participate in performance reviews and employee development planning.</p> </li> <li> <p>Identify development opportunities and help prepare field employees for increased responsibility.</p> </li> <li> <p>Support recruiting and selection of strong operations talent.</p> </li> <li> <p>Help ensure field staffing aligns with project needs and employee capabilities.</p> </li> </ul> <h3>Support Project Planning and Preconstruction</h3> <ul data-spread="false"> <li> <p>Participate in preconstruction and project pursuit efforts as needed.</p> </li> <li> <p>Perform constructability reviews and provide field input related to sequencing, logistics, staffing, cost, scheduling, and execution strategy.</p> </li> <li> <p>Assist project teams with developing effective site logistics and pre-planning approaches.</p> </li> <li> <p>Bring lessons learned and field experience into early project decision-making.</p> </li> </ul> <h3>Build Strong Relationships</h3> <ul data-spread="false"> <li> <p>Represent Absher professionally with owners, architects, inspectors, trade partners, consultants, and other project stakeholders.</p> </li> <li> <p>Build strong relationships with current, past, and prospective clients and industry partners.</p> </li> <li> <p>Help manage client expectations and support positive long-term relationships.</p> </li> <li> <p>Participate in business development and project procurement activities when appropriate.</p> </li> </ul> <h3>Champion Safety and Quality</h3> <ul data-spread="false"> <li> <p>Demonstrate a visible commitment to a safe and injury-free work environment.</p> </li> <li> <p>Hold teams accountable for maintaining strong safety practices and addressing concerns immediately.</p> </li> <li> <p>Ensure projects follow established Quality Control programs and inspection requirements.</p> </li> <li> <p>Promote a culture where quality, safety, and accountability are owned by the entire project team.</p> </li> </ul> <h2>What We’re Looking For</h2> <p>We are looking for someone who has successfully led complex construction projects and is ready to influence people and projects at a broader level.</p> <p>Strong candidates will bring:</p> <ul data-spread="false"> <li> <p>10+ years of construction industry experience.</p> </li> <li> <p>At least 5 years of constru
