The Scientist will plan and execute research experiments, including malaria entomology research, and will develop new techniques and protocols. The role also involves collaborating with internal, external, and international research teams to apply and transfer research results. A Bachelor's degree in a science-related field is required, along with at least five years of laboratory experience performing entomology research, culturing malaria parasites, and operating an insectary. Candidates must also have a minimum of five years of related experience rearing and infecting mosquitoes and performing direct skin feeding assays.
