<p><strong>Social Media Community & Content Intern (Innisfree - Amorepacific US)</strong></p> <p>Amorepacific US is seeking a creative and organized Social Media Community & Content Intern to join our dynamic in-house team supporting innisfree, a fast-growing K-beauty brand. This is an exciting opportunity to work on impactful social media strategies, brand partnerships, content creation, and community engagement. You’ll gain hands-on experience at the forefront of the beauty industry while contributing to a global brand that has been driving innovation for over 75 years.</p> <p> </p> <p><strong>Key Responsibilities:</strong></p> <p>Content Creation & Campaign Support:</p> <p style="padding-left: 40px;">· Assist in brainstorming and creating unique, organic content for TikTok, Instagram Reels, and other priority platforms.</p> <p style="padding-left: 40px;">· Develop creative concepts for content series and social-first campaigns with the social team.</p> <p style="padding-left: 40px;">· Help design social assets using Canva for Instagram Stories, Reels, & Carousels.</p> <p style="padding-left: 40px;">· Shoot and edit video content for social media, speaking to camera when needed.</p> <p> </p> <p>Social Media Community Management:</p> <p style="padding-left: 40px;">· Monitor and engage across all social touchpoints by liking and responding to comments, DMs, and tagged content, including ongoing review of recent and boosted posts</p> <p style="padding-left: 40px;">· Proactively drive conversation by participating in relevant cultural moments, trends, and comment threads while authentically integrating the brand</p> <p style="padding-left: 40px;">· Engage with creators, influencers, partners, and key retailers (e.g., Sephora, Sephora Squad) to strengthen brand visibility and relationships</p> <p style="padding-left: 40px;">· Support community building by recognizing meaningful creator and audience milestones and high-impact content opportunities</p> <p style="padding-left: 40px;">· Curate and obtain usage rights for user-generated content (UGC) to amplify brand storytelling.</p> <p style="padding-left: 40px;">· Monitor social trends and pop culture moments to identify opportunities for dynamic brand content.</p> <p> </p> <p>Reporting & Insights:</p> <p style="padding-left: 40px;">· Pull weekly social media performance reports using Dash Hudson, identifying actionable insights.</p> <p style="padding-left: 40px;">· Analyze campaign metrics to inform future content strategies and provide leadership with data-driven recommendations.</p> <p> </p> <p>Logistical & Organizational:</p> <p style="padding-left: 40px;">· Manage closet inventory, including organization, tracking, and upkeep</p> <p style="padding-left: 40px;">· Coordinate and fulfill creator product orders</p> <p style="padding-left: 40px;">· Provide daily operational and administrative support as needed</p> <p> </p> <p>Key Qualifications:</p> <p style="padding-left: 40px;">· Bachelor’s Degree (or pursuing one) in Communications, Marketing, or a related field.</p> <p style="padding-left: 40px;">· 1-2 years of experience in social media, content creation, public relations, or marketing (beauty or lifestyle experience preferred).</p> <p style="padding-left: 40px;">· Proficiency in Canva and video editing tools.
