Our clinicians and care teams build meaningful relationships with Members while helping remove barriers that too often prevent people from getting the care they need.</p> <h2>Who We'd Love to Meet</h2> <h3><span style="text-decoration: underline;">Mental Health Therapists</span></h3> <p>We welcome applications from licensed mental health professionals, including:</p> <p><strong>LPC • LMHC • LCSW • LMFT • LPCC • LCPC and equivalent clinical licenses</strong></p> <p>Depending on the state and license, we may also be able to support certain non-independently licensed clinicians.</p> <p>Mental Health opportunities may include <strong>full-time and part-time schedules</strong>, depending on our needs in each state. You must also be licensed in your resident state.</p> <h3><span style="text-decoration: underline;">Substance Use Disorder Counselors</span></h3> <p>We're interested in connecting with <strong>licensed or certified addiction and substance use disorder counselors</strong> who are passionate about recovery and evidence-based treatment.</p> <p>Because SUD credential names and requirements vary considerably by state, we encourage you to apply and provide the <strong>exact license or certification you hold and the state in which it was issued</strong>. You must also be licensed in your resident state.</p> <p>Our SUD Counselors provide virtual individual and group counseling and work collaboratively with medical providers and the broader care team.</p> <h3><span style="text-decoration: underline;">Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioners</span></h3> <p>We're also interested in connecting with <strong>licensed PMHNPs with active DEA registration.</strong></p> <p>Experience treating substance use disorders and prescribing buprenorphine/Suboxone is required.</p> <p>PMHNP candidates should hold an active, unrestricted license and prescriptive authority in their state of practice and have an <strong>active DEA registration</strong>.
