You’ll partner with Marketing, Creative, and Operations teams to ensure the site is accurate, high-performing, and conversion-focused. This role is ideal for someone detail-oriented, analytical, and excited to make a direct impact on online revenue.</p> <p><span style="text-decoration: underline;"><strong>Responsibilities:</strong></span></p> <p>Site Operations & Product Management</p> <ul> <li>Assist with daily Shopify operations, ensuring site stability and seamless user experience.</li> <li>Set up, QA, and launch new products accurately and on schedule on Shopify Plus and Mobile App.</li> <li>Maintain and audit product catalog data, including descriptions, imagery, sizing, inventory, pricing, and filters.</li> <li>Troubleshoot site issues and coordinate with developers, vendors, or internal teams for resolution.</li> </ul> <p>Digital Merchandising & Campaign Execution</p> <ul> <li>Assist with execution of digital merchandising strategies, with the goal of optimizing the customer experience to increase sales and improve conversion rates</li> <li>Assist with execution of campaigns including promotions, seasonal updates, and landing pages.</li> <li>Support QA for all campaign changes, updates, and deployments.</li> <li>Analyze site and product performance to inform merchandising and marketing decisions </li> <li>Assist in partner relationship management across Product Reviews moderation, Search, Merchandising, Product Recommendations and agency relationships. </li> <li>Assist with other Ecommerce initiatives across cross-channel auditing, SEO, creative optimization and competitor research.</li> </ul> <p>Cross-Functional Collaboration & Operations</p> <ul> <li>Partner with Marketing, Creative, and Ops on campaign planning and execution.</li> <li>Coordinate with warehouse and operations teams to ensure accurate inventory and order fulfillment.</li> <li>Collaborate with Customer Experience to resolve online order or product data issues.</li> <li>Support ad-hoc ecommerce projects and manage relationships with vendors or service providers.</li> <li>Collaborate with the Tech team to identify and resolve bugs and QA new features.</li> </ul> <p><span style="text-decoration: underline;"><strong>Requirements:</strong></span></p> <ul> <li>1–3 years of ecommerce or digital merchandising experience; DTC/fashion experience a plus.</li> <li>Hands-on experience with Shopify Plus and ecommerce CMS tools; familiarity with Asana or Monday.com preferred.</li> <li>Highly organized with strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects.</li> <li>Analytical, solution-oriented, and able to follow through independently.</li> <li>Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate across teams.</li> <li>Proficient in Excel/Google Sheets and standard office tools.</li> <li>Self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced, remote environment.</li> <li>Inquisitive and interested in growing overall digital knowledge<br><br></li> </ul> <p><span style="text-decoration: underline;"><strong>Nice to Have:</strong></span></p> <ul> <li>Proficiency in Google Analytics and strong understanding of ecommerce KPIs.</li> </ul> <p><span style="text-decoration: underline;"><strong>Why Join Comfrt?</strong></span></p> <ul> <li>Be part of a purpose-driven company that’s shaping the future of comfort and mental wellness.</li> <li>Work in a supportive, creative environment where your ideas and growth are valued.</li> <li>Enjoy Comfrt benefits such as generous paid time off, company-covered health insurance, 5% 401k match, and discounts on all Comfrt products! </li> <li>Join a passionate team making an impact on exciting projects, all while enjoying the flexibility and collaborative support of a fully remote environment.</li> </ul> <p><em>Comfrt is an equal opportunity employer.
