The company is profitable, the market it operates in is projected to grow 20 to 50 times over the next decade, and Redwood is the only company with the supply chain, the technology, and the operational scale to lead it. </div> </div> </div> </div> </div></div>Senior Training Specialist, Environment, Health, And Safety    As a Senior EHS and Training Engineer, you will be responsible for overseeing the EHS and Training programs for Redwood’s Energy Services business unit.  This position will support power electronics manufacturing and assembly, power electronics R&D, project site commissioning, product certification testing and field service and maintenance operations. You will translate regulatory and company requirements into hands-on programs that operators, technicians, and engineers can apply immediately. This role is primarily performed in a plant and production environment, with regular presence on the operating floor and periodic travel to support the R&D team and field service operations.    Essential Duties and Responsibilities:   <ul> <li>Partner with process and manufacturing engineering during production line design, ramp, and changes to eliminate hazards at the design stage (Design for EHS) before equipment is released to production. </li> <li data-leveltext="" data-font="Symbol" data-listid="3" data-list-defn-props="{"335552541":1,"335559685":360,"335559991":360,"469769226":"Symbol","469769242":[8226],"469777803":"left","469777804":"","469777815":"singleLevel"}" data-aria-posinset="2" data-aria-level="1">Provide EHS support to Redwood's R&D power electronics development team, including lab and prototype safety reviews, electrical safety practices, and hazard assessments for engineering builds. </li> </ul> <ul> <li data-leveltext="" data-font="Symbol" data-listid="3" data-list-defn-props="{"335552541":1,"335559685":360,"335559991":360,"469769226":"Symbol","469769242":[8226],"469777803":"left","469777804":"","469777815":"singleLevel"}" data-aria-posinset="3" data-aria-level="1">Support field service and maintenance teams with EHS guidance for on-site and fi
