If you're ready to drive change and make history, apply now!</div><h4>Summary</h4> The Senior Technical Training Manager is a strategic leader responsible for building and scaling a world-class automotive technical training program focused on electric vehicles (EVs). This role will lead the development of training content, curriculum, and delivery strategies for service technicians and technical teams, while hiring and managing a team of trainers and instructional developers. The ideal candidate brings deep expertise in EV systems and technical training from an OEM or high-growth automotive startup and will play a critical role in enabling operational excellence across service centers and technical operations. <h4>What you’ll do</h4> Become part of an iconic brand that is set to revolutionize the electric pick-up truck & rugged SUV marketplace by achieving the following: <ul> <li>Design and implement a scalable technical training program for EV service technicians and technical staff. </li> <li>Hire, mentor, and manage a team of trainers and curriculum developers. </li> <li>Collaborate with manufacturing, engineering, service, and product teams to ensure technical accuracy and relevance of training content.</li> <li> Oversee the creation and delivery of blended learning experiences including hands-on labs, on-the-job training, eLearning, ILT, VILT, video content, certifications, and coaching. </li> <li>Apply modern adult learning theory to ensure content is engaging, accessible, and performance-driven. </li> <li>Develop assessments and evaluations aligned to Kirkpatrick’s model to measure training effectiveness. </li> <li><span class="TextRun SCXW194202366 BCX
