(On call during the weekend only in special circumstances)</p> <h3><strong>Primary Responsibilities</strong></h3> <ul> <li style="line-height: 2;">Opening mail to distribute to company departments</li> <li style="line-height: 2;">Totaling check amounts for daily bank deposits and processing online deposits</li> <li style="line-height: 2;">Scanning in paper invoices for AP processing</li> <li style="line-height: 2;">Accounts receivable and accounts payable data entry into DBE software</li> <li style="line-height: 2;">Answering vendor inquiries</li> <li style="line-height: 2;">Following up on past due invoices</li> <li style="line-height: 2;">Assists in monthly closings, as needed</li> <li style="line-height: 2;">Performs filing and copying</li> <li style="line-height: 2;">Manage Branch Enrichment Budget</li> <li style="line-height: 2;">Manage Advertising Budget</li> <li style="line-height: 2;">Protects the organization’s value by keeping information confidential</li> <li style="line-height: 2;">Other duties as assigned</li> </ul> <h3><strong>Why EquipmentShare?</strong></h3> <p>Because we do things differently — and we think you’ll feel it from day one.
