<p>We are looking for a new team members on the position of <strong>Customer Service Operator</strong> to join our team in <strong>Tbilisi, Georgia</strong>.</p> <p><strong>The Role</strong></p> <p>In this role, you’ll be the first point of contact for our customers, helping them with their questions and ensuring an excellent customer experience.</p> <p>If you enjoy assisting others and are eager to develop your skills in a dynamic, international environment, we’d love to hear from you!</p> <p><strong>Requirements</strong></p> <ul> <li>Experience in the service field will be an advantage;</li> <li>Ability to work non-standard shifts (12-hour shifts, 2 days on / 2 days off);</li> <li>Fluent Georgian; good working knowledge of English or Russian;</li> <li>Willingness to work on-site from our office in Tbilisi.</li> </ul> <p>You'll participate in a two-week training program where you'll learn about our products and service standards.
